Filling Ingredients:
- 1KG chicken breast
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 inch of fresh ginger
- 2tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 cube chicken stock Halal available from my shop www.hungryHijabi.co.uk
- 1tsp salt
- 1tbsp chilli flakes
Pastry
- For an easy recipe use shop bought gyoza wrappers
- Make your own with 1cup plain flour to approx 120ml water
Serve With:
- Any chilli sauce you prefer
- Chopped spring onions
Steps:
- Blend the filling in a food processor and set aside it really is as simple as that.
- If making fresh pastry, ensure you have plenty of flour to prevent it sticking and dust.
- Use shop bought pastry, fill and seal with water . For shapes check out some tutorials on YouTube.
- Steam in hot water for about 12-15 mins.
- Slightly fry in oil for crispy texture after steaming if you like a crispy texture.
- Garnish with spring onions ans serve with your favourite chilli sauce!
