Rich and aromatic this olive oil is pressed from the fruit of ancient trees nestled on stone terraces in the sun-drenched West Bank hills, which have been tended by hand through generations of family farmers. Ideal for drizzling, dipping, or cooking, it’s a kitchen staple that adds a touch of authenticity to every meal.
2. Black Seed Oil
Extra virgin, cold-pressed black seed oil of the highest quality. Sourced and pressed in Jenin, West-bank and revered for its natural healing properties, black seed oil is a treasured ingredient in Palestinian culture. With its earthy flavor and rich nutrient profile, it’s perfect for salads, health drinks, or simply taken as a supplement.
3. Freekeh
Made from roasted green wheat cultivated in the land of Palestine, this prized superfood has a slight smoky and nutty flavour similar to bulgur wheat and is the perfect addition to Salads, Soups and so much more.
4. Sumac
This sumac is a naturally occurring spice from the hills of Palestine. Sumac has a citrusy taste and is perfect for marinating chicken or meat dishes. Used extensively with the traditional Palestinian dish of Msakhan. Sumac is best used to sprinkle on meat dishes after cooking and just before serving. It can also be used in salads, simply add a pinch of sumac when the salad is ready to eat.
5. Za'taar
Made from natural Thyme hand picked from its natural habitat in rocky planes on the hills of Palestine. Traditionally, za'taar is eaten in the morning with bread and olive oil. But equally, its perfect as a dip with extra virgin olive oil, sprinkled on salads or used as a beautiful looking and tasting topping when sprinkled over cooked chicken.
