    Grass-fed lamb mince that knows its way around a kitchen. Keema, kofta, kebabs, bolognese - it adapts to whatever you're making. Normal (~15% fat) - rich and flavoursome. Holds together beautifully in koftas and patties. Lean (~10% fat, from leg and shoulder) - cleaner flavour, ideal for lighter dishes and wraps. Free-range, grass-fed, hormone and antibiotic free.

    Cut fresh by our butchers, then sent on express next-day shipping in temperature-controlled boxes with plenty of ice packs that keep your order cool until you open it. The packaging is 100% eco-friendly and kerbside-recyclable refrigerants included. Free weekday delivery on orders over £40.

    Storage & freezing

    Delivered fresh. Refrigerate as soon as it arrives. Shelf life is listed at 5 days; always go by the use-by date on your pack. Freezable: freeze before the use-by date, defrost in the fridge and cook within 24 hours. Don't refreeze raw mince once thawed.
