Halal Fore-Rib of Beef Aged
A visually stunning centrepiece fit to adorn any table for any occasion. Also know as "rib of beef" and "Côte De Boeuf", this cut is essentially is a rib-eye steak with the bone left in which helps to keep the joint succulent whilst roasting. This joint is dry aged for ~24 days to tenderise the meat and add an increased depth in flavour. As a rough guide, each bone will feed 3 people. So the 2 bone variety will be more than enough for 6 people.
