Saffron Alley Summer Giveaway - Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
This prize draw is run by Saffron Alley Ltd, 46-48 Portman Road, Reading, United Kingdom, RG30 1EA, company number 11879849 ("Saffron Alley", "we", "us"). If you have any questions, contact us at info@saffronalley.com.

2. Entry period
The draw opens at 18:00 on 22nd July 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 5th August 2026 (UK time). Entries received after the closing time will not be counted.

3. Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of the UK mainland aged 18 or over, except employees of Saffron Alley, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the draw. By entering, you confirm you meet these requirements.

4. How to enter
Enter by completing the Saffron Alley Summer Giveaway survey at https://forms.cloud.microsoft/e/yfHM2FCGxG and submitting a valid email address before the closing time. The survey is free to complete and no purchase is necessary to enter or win. Only one entry per person; where multiple entries share the same email address, only the first will be counted. Entries made on behalf of another person, or in bulk via automated means, will be disqualified.

5. Prizes
One first-place winner will receive a Weber Master-Touch 57cm BBQ together with £150 of premium halal meat. One runner-up will receive £150 of premium halal meat. A further ten (10) winners will each receive a £50 Saffron Alley voucher. The meat prizes are fulfilled as Saffron Alley product to the value stated and delivered to a UK mainland address.

6. Prize conditions
Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value should the stated prize become unavailable for reasons beyond our control. Prize delivery is to UK mainland addresses only. The winner is responsible for providing accurate delivery details. The £50 vouchers are valid until 30th September 2026, are for use against Saffron Alley orders only, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are limited to one per winner.

7. Winner selection
Winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries on or shortly after 6th August 2026. The draw is final.

8. Notification
Winners will be notified by email at the address submitted, within 7 days of the draw. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, we reserve the right to disqualify that entry and draw an alternative winner.

9. Winner announcement
The surname initial and county of the first-place winner and runner-up will be available on request by emailing info@saffronalley.com for 2 weeks after the draw. By entering, the first-place winner and runner-up agree to their first name and county being published if we choose to announce winners.

10. Discount code
All entrants will be shown a single-use discount code (SAFFRONSUMMER10) giving 10% off their next order. The code is valid for one use per customer, is valid until 12th August 2026, cannot be combined with other offers, and has no cash value. This discount is a thank-you for participating and is separate from the prize draw; it is not a prize and receiving it is not connected to winning.

11. Data protection
The personal data you provide (including your email address and survey responses) is processed by Saffron Alley as data controller, in line with our Privacy Policy at https://saffronalley.com/pages/privacy-policy. We use it to administer this draw, notify winners, and where you have not opted out, for marketing. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time. We will not pass your data to third parties except as needed to run the draw or as required by law.

12. General
We reserve the right to amend these terms or cancel the draw at any time for reasons beyond our reasonable control. Our decisions on all matters relating to the draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into. This draw and these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
