Beef Pepperoni Pizza

Abeer  (foodquestbyabeer) used our Italian pepperoni on his pizza and made a few juicy extras with our chicken!

Beef Pepperoni Pizza


For the pizza dough:

  • 1kg flour
  • ¾ cup oil
  • 1 cup milk powder
  • 2 tsp yeast mixed with warm water and ½ tsp sugar
  • Salt
  • 2 eggs

For the pizza sauce:

  • 1 cup tomato passata
  • 3-4 cloves garlic crushed
  • 2-3 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt


  • 4 cheese mix
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Beef pepperoni


  • Prepare the dough with all the dough ingredients either with hand or in a stand mixer with a dough hook
  • Cover the dough and let it rise for an hour at least
  • Divide the dough into 4-6 parts depending on the size you wish
  • Roll out the dough
  • Top it up with pizza sauce, 4 cheese mix, beef pepperoni and some mozzarella
  • Bake in the oven for 20 mins or till the crust is golden brown

You can have any toppings of your choice.

Pizza quiche


  • ½ cup chopped pepperoni
  • ½ cup chopped peppers
  • ½ cup grated cheese of your choice (I used cheddar and mozzarella)
  • ¼ cup chopped tomatoes
  • ¼ cup chopped spring onions
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • Chopped jalapenos and olives (optional
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper


  • Mix the pepperoni, peppers, cheese, tomatoes, spring onions, garlic, jalapenos, olives and flour together in a dish
  • Beat the eggs with the spices in a separate dish then add to the pepperoni mixture and stir until well combined
  • Spoon into well-greased non stick muffin pans and bake at 180 degrees until the liquid has set (takes about 20-25 mins)

Chicken Filling

"I made the chicken filling with shredded chicken, mushrooms, corn, onion and garlic with tomato based pesto sauce along with some cheese and cream and filled it in the pizza baskets, braids and puffs."
