Chunky Mushroom Beef Bolognese

A little Italian number using our Halal Beef Mince! This dish is absolutely perfect for those cosy nights in now that Autumn is finally here. All you need are a few staple ingredients to make this warm and comforting Pasta dish. 

Our very talented friend hungryhijabi made this recipe, and it is such a treat, especially in these rainy days.


Ingredients:
🔸Cooked Spaghetti (in a little salt) drizzled in Olive Oil.
🔸2tbsp Olive Oil
🔸2 Chopped Onions
🔸2tbsp Garlic
🔸1kg Halal Beef Mince
🔸1tsp Salt
🔸1tsp each Spice Mix: Black Pepper, Aleppo Pepper, Celery Salt, Sweet Paprika, 1 Beef or Mutton Stock Cube, hungry hijabi spice mix, Oregano.
🔸500g Chestnut Mushrooms cut chunky
🔸400ml Vine Tomatoes chopped small
🔸400ml Water
🔸serve with Parmesan Cheese, Chilli's and Coriander

1. Cook spaghetti set aside with olive oil to prevent sticking.
2. Fry onions and garlic in olive oil. Add mince and salt. Cook till brown. Add spices. Cook for five mins.
3. Add mushrooms, tomato and water. Simmer for 10 mins. Serve
