Simple 4 step reheating instructions:
1. Defrost in fridge for 24 hours prior to cooking
2. Remove packaging and place 200g cold butter on top of the brisket
3. Wrap in foil
4. Place in oven at 180C for 1.5 hours (or when probe tender) - slice and serve!

Defrost in fridge for 24 hours. Remove packaging, wrap in foil with 200g cold butter on top. Place in oven at 180c and remove once fork tender, around 1.5 hrs or when probe tender. Slice and serve.
