Lemon Pepper Rub
Our handmade Lemon Pepper rub is a delicious seasoning made from granulated lemon zest and cracked black peppercorns, sea salt, dehydrated onion and garlic. The lemon zest is mashed with the other seasonings to allow the citrus oils to infuse into them. This mix is then baked and dried and can be used on pastas, salads and meats, particularly awesome on poultry and seafood! Lemon Pepper chicken wings are a big favourite in our household!

RECIPES & HOW TO COOK
Mix with some olive oil to use as a wet rub/marinade. The rub can be added to all meats, vegetables and fish to improve the flavour. Due to the carefully balanced salt levels, they also help to improve the texture of the meat, sealing all of the lovely juices in.
