Halal Tomahawk Steak

Description

Not a subtle steak. The tomahawk is a full rib-eye left on a beautifully frenched long bone - thick-cut at 4 to 6cm and large enough to feed 3 to 4 people properly. Our halal tomahawk is grass-fed, naturally reared, and aged to develop flavour that matches its size. Sear hard on both sides, finish in a hot oven or over indirect heat until you hit your temperature, then rest generously before cutting. Grass-fed. Free-range. Wholesome Halal.
