Whole wings. Cleaned very well and nearly all feathers already removed (i bought 6 packs and i think i only found two feathers in total).
I used a butcher knife to easily cut the wings into three pieces (drum/flat/tip) and discarded the tips, but my wife then said we could have used the tips for stock. Oh well.
I would have been happy to pay more to buy just flats or just drums.
