Description
100% Grass-Fed Lamb Caul Fat. Caul fat is taken from inside the animal and is purer and more flavourful in comparison to external fat. Our caul fat comes in blocks which can be unfolded to reveal their web like texture.
Alternatively, if pieces of fat are required, the caul fat blocks can be cut up as required.
Superb for:
- Using as a natural cooking fat
- Making tallow
- Adding to mince and kofte mixes for extra flavour
- Wrapping Kebabs
