Sourced from champion Wagyu bulls and cows which roam extensively through wild Australian grasslands. These cattle live happy and stress-free lives, as nature intended. They are raised on a diet of grass for 200 days and are then finished on grain for 100 days resulting in fantastic marbling throughout.
