This Spanish whole salami is handmade with select beef and turkey. It is cured naturally for 6 weeks, open to the fresh air from the neighbouring mountains of León. It has a slightly sweet, nutty, rich flavor with a moist and soft texture in comparison to regular salamis. Simply slice and serve with good bread. Winner of the "Great Taste Awards" 2019 (1 Star) Remove casing before consumption. Contains a whopping 93% meat content!
