The no-nonsense steak. Our halal rump is grass-fed, naturally reared, and cut thick at around 8oz (230g) to guarantee the best cook. More flavour than fillet, better value than rib-eye. Lean and juicy as a steak - rest it well and slice against the grain. Cut into strips for a quick stir-fry. Or order a larger piece for a roast or to butcher yourself at home. Pieces available up to 6kg - get in touch for anything bigger. Grass-fed. Free-range. Wholesome Halal.
